We contracted with Ai to remediate a faulty stucco installation on a retaining wall and on part of our house. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and timely, and the project manager from AI, Brent, explained very thoroughly what the problems were and how they would be fixed. He answered our many questions before and during the job with patience and clarity. The estimate was professionally prepared and very clear as to what we could expect and what the costs would be. Brent kept in touch with us as the job was scheduled and then as it progressed through the phases, so that we were able to plan for the disruption that naturally occurred. The workmen did a superb job of fixing the issues and the finished work looks just great. The stucco areas that Ai fixed are now a point of pride for us, and really add to the appeal of our home. Sean and his team did a fantastic job from start thru completion. The proposal was very detailed identifying all issues to be repaired with costs, and also potential unknowns and associated charges. They emailed detailed status reports (or called) every few days, and the finished work looked great, and was completed within the expected time frame and cost. We highly recommend Ai.

Ai Restoration performed a stucco remediation project on my home. I had a leak coming through the stucco into my home. They took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explaining what caused the leak, how they would repair it and how their system would prevent it from happening again. Everyone I dealt with at Ai Restoration, from the office to the workers who were on site were professional and a pleasure to work with. They took care not to damage any surrounding areas and completely cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy with the results. The new stucco looks great and I now have peace of mind when it rains. The Traditions at Ridley Creek Condominium Complex were very happy with the $1 million plus siding replacement project Ai recently completed (October 2023). They did everything they promised, worked closely with more than 200 homeowners whose homes they had to invade, left the grounds immaculate and overall did an exceptional job. Their workers were unfailingly polite and responsive and did an amazing job reconstructing our foundations and residing parts of our 11 buildings with upgraded materials. I had the pleasure of doing work with Ai Restoration this year. It was remediation project that took close to a year. Everyone I was in contact with was fantastic.
