- Remove the interior window treatments
- Remove the interior window trims
- Cautiously remove the window
- Cut a positive pitch on the outside edge of the rough sill
- Install “back dam” on inside of rough sill
- Install Delta Vent S/A into rough opening
- Install flexible continuous self-adhered membrane sill pan wrap
- Apply caulk on sides and top at locations for under the nailing fins
- Install window…level, rack and secure
- Install flashing tape on both legs of window
- Caulk nailing fin to window frame if needed
- Install custom head flashing with end dams
- Install Delta Vent S/A over top of head flashing
- Apply specialize spray foam insulation
- Reinstall or install new trims
- Prep and paint trims
- Reinstall window treatments
